The personal of the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean. The breakfast is rich and diversified. They only missed putting shower gel next to the bath if you need to relax, there were only on the shower bath.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful with any issue I had regarding my stay. I arrived earlier than my booking and in return, I was provided a room to settle in with my kids until my room was ready. I recommend requesting a top coat for the mattress as it was in my opinion stiff .

We were amazed by the quality of this hotel. It’s beautiful and very clean. Staff were so kind and really took care of us. Breakfast is really nice and all you can eat on the all inclusive package. Lunch by the pool is really nice and great views by the pool. They have a lovely Italian restaurant on the 18th floor with some great views. Morgan’s is really good as being on the all inclusive package they have a separate menu but it is still very good! Also I was able to watch my team play in premier league which is arsenal. We did have an issue with next door playing music really loud and spoke with the staff downstairs at 1am to complain and the manager Shakir and his staff Peggy and Amro really helped deal with the problem and moved me to another room which he upgraded us to a suite, which was amazing and so kind. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here as staff is lovely, great food, gym, pool and great location to get to everything, the Dubai mall, Burj khalifa and they even had a shuttle to sea world in Abu Dhabi, which Haris in the tourism area kindly helped set up for us to enjoy our days at Yas Island. If you are thinking of coming to Dubai this is the hotel to stay.

Many thanks for the warm hospitality, we had very winderful short two days in celebration of my birthday. Marilyn made us feel so special, honestly she is one of the reasons that let us always come back to the hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights and honestly, it was amazing. The location is super good and the hotel is gorgeous and reasonably priced! The customer service was unlike any i’ve ever experienced before and you can really see that the hotel prioritises their visitors. Upon arrival, your bags are taken from you and brought to your room and everyone greets you with a smile. Check in was easy and the room was tidy and organised. We stayed in the room 915 and had breakfast included (i would recommend paying extra as the breakfast buffet was unreal) special shoutout to Kamal who was on the omelette bar and made my omlettes fresh for me every morning and Lukman who works in the lobby for chatting away with us as we waited for our uber to the airport. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel for an amazing stay, you were all gems from housekeeping to the salt & pepper team & obviously the amazing team in the lobby. I will absolutely without a shadow of a doubt book again with Al Bandar Rotana when I come to visit Dubai next. Thank you once again !

Had a very great time at our stay in this hotel. Great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly stuff ( special thanx to Lukman!), felt very comfortable, pool with an excellent view. Could recommend it fully.

I love the hotel appearance, rooms and are so clean view is good perfect on the swimming pool restaurants food is great also its live cooking so you can enjoy watching your food preparation how you like it , staff is very nice and helpful and i would like to give special thanks to Mr. Nour for his efforts and support he give us , for sure i will visit again

It was a pleasant stay. Everyone did such an amazing job accomodating us starting from check-in, room service and even the our dining experience was great. I believe it was Marilyn who’s been really accommodating to us especially with our requests. She’s such an asset to this business. We truly enjoyed our stay and so grateful to the staffs for their amazing service. We will definitely come back and would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone that wants comfort and relaxation as well as good service 👍😊

I am using Al Bandar Rotana for the last 5 years now whenever I travelled to Dubai , it is not about the location , cleaning of the room , facility inside the Hotel which all are excellent indeed , it is because of the human , you feel the welcome from the main gate by the staff of the hotel , all are friendly and great , once I get my room , the welcome message back is there on the table from the management , their staff are coming from different nationality whom even remembered me during their national festival to offer me sweet when I was there in the hotel , so that is why it is my second home . I will keep using it when ever is my next trip is .
