The hotel is in goog palce for travel, shoping and eating. The service is the best. The breakfast is very good, asia foods can meet my taste from China. The room is clean and spaciours, Strongly recommend to stay.

Very excellent and every time i will come to UAE i will book in the centro rotana , everything in this hotel is good start from receptionist, room service, restaurant, really it's the best time in my life when i book in this hotel thank you for everything and i appreciate your efforts.

I was honestly very impressed by the hotel overall. For this price and for the service, it doesn't deserve anything than full marks. There are many shops/fast food chains within a few minutes walking distance. Taxis found it generally easy to find. There is a big mall just around the corner. Corniche/beach is a short taxi ride away. The room we booked was surprisingly big. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was superb. They allowed early check in and early check out with ease. They attended to all our needs. The gym was nice and the pool was relatively small but clean and with a friendly life guard. I would most definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I reached at 2.30 am after a long flight my room was not ready the only option I had was a smoking room even if I did a pre booking for a non smoking room because of the allergy, then they arranged a nonsmoking room the sound of the A/C fan was extremely annoying I called the receptionist he promised that he will change it the next day I was in the reception the front office manager came he apologised and invited me to a complimentary dinner after changing my room but even though the hotel is too old even the electrical sockets are in only one side of the bed A/C is not working properly, it’s clean, breakfast is good, parking is not always available quickly

A good business hotel, with polite staff. Very small rooms tough. And the furniture is good, neat, clean. The cleaning staff are amazing. The pillows gave me neck pain and I found the bed so hard. The location is only suitable if you are handling business in that area, but there are plenty services around (mall, bus station, restaurants, cafes). If you are a tourist, I recommend staying near the beach.
