The rest was a success. The hotel staff is very friendly and nice. We had a room with direct access to the beach.But, there was Almost 85% of tourists from Russia. The food is more Russian cuisine. Thanks to the Rotana hotel chain for their hospitality

I’m good with the territory and stuff but there were not enough various foods and why is ice-cream available only to children under 12?? It’s not fair and creates a feeling that the hotel is greedy. We were also forbidden to have a lunch before a long way to the airport

July in house keeping was very nice . Arifa and Nora In Mozaique restaurant were so sweet and friendly. It was great experience big spacious rooms well maintained hotel I will definitely come again . Sarah Asif

From local food to international dishes, every meal was delightful exploration of flavors. The beautiful beach right by the hotel was a true joy. The staff was super friendly and I would like to say special thanks to July. Her dedication to work is truly remarkable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need. All the staffs are super nice and very kind, very professional. I had the most amazing stay. Special thanks to Alok, Noman, sankit from Housekeeping. Krishna and Kamal from F&B and chef ( I couldn't recall his name) for the amazing food and not to forget the receptionist Medina ( i guess) who call me soon after i check in to make sure everything is fine and if i like to room. You guys are amazing. Thumps up to all the team.

We've been staying at Rotana Hotel for 10 days and I can say with confidence that it was an incredible time for me and all the members of our family :) There are a lot of reasons why we made such an opinion about this hotel. Firstly, the location of the hotel is really perfect, from all the rooms of the hotel the guests have a chance to observe the ocean and have an amazing view from the windows of their room. Secondly, the rooms are very modern and stylish. One more thing is that all rooms are cleaned every day and bed sheets are changed every day as well. The cleaning in the rooms is at a very high level, even staying at some more expensive hotels, we've never seen such service in the rooms, that's why it was a pleasure to live in our 2 rooms for all these days. One more thing I'd like to say about the food, it was an enormous variety of dishes, so any person can find something special. As we were with kids, food was the crucial point !!! Each day we had an opportunity to eat something really delicious :) And finally, I'd like to say about the staff of the hotel. All the people who work in the hotel are very friendly and very helpful in all situations. I'd like to express enormous gratitude to some special people from Rotana Hotel as they are really cool guys - to a waiter Sherali and the girl Aisha from Mozaique restaurant, as they were very polite, very helpful and during all our stay there they did their best to help us in all possible ways. Additionally, we'd like to thank Rohit, Azim, and Madina from the reception, as these guys also did a lot to organize our stay in the perfect way. Guys, thank you so much for everything you did for us:) At the end we'd like to say that Rotana Hotel will stay in our hearts forever, and definitely will come back to this hotel again :) Surely, we'll recommend the Rotana Hotel to all our friends and relatives. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service all around the resort. I would like to highly commend on the professionalism of Mr. Msrzouq on the reception desk, he welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly, he’s is professional and knows how to please guests 👏🏻 he did an amazing job during check in and out. This is an ideal place for relaxing- the service and care they take in every part is something you will not have experienced- it’s an amazing place! The detail of preparing your food or the buffet is incredible and deals with dietary requirements- our daughter is gluten free but they catered for her without any issues. In fact I would say the entire experience was exceptional. I would recommend this place without any doubt.
